Baffles Chapt 13 - Assembly of Front Ramps
I disassembled the front ramps, primed them and then reassembled with as many rivets as I could. There are a couple of spots I will not rivet until I finish trimming the front baffles for the fiberglass inlet diffusers.
I made a change to the ramp with the filter. I think Vans wanted a rivet in the angle bracket pictured below. I put a nutplate and screw there instead because it will make filter service a LOT easier.
