While Ray worked on the areas he wanted to accomplish today, I worked on setting up a little more rigidity in the area between F-6 & F-8. I constructed a false bulkhead and centered it between 6 & 8 then riveted it in place. This bulkhead will also act as a shelf for the offset control rod wich is being designed. I am not happy with the way my control rod is set in an offset position in the plane at this time. The rod now is designed to opperate through a set of nylon bearings running in the vertical supports of the bulkheads.

This even in the static configuration still produces some binding friction and when in flight I feel it will only progressively increase. I want to design a system that shifts the control rod to the center of the fuselage and carries the load directly down the center of the bulkheads.
