My name is Joe Harrington. I live in Lethbridge Alberta, Canada. I first got interested in flying from my father, who was in the Royal Canadian Air Force during WW II. He served first as an aero engine mechanic in RCAF 401 squadron (Hurricanes and Spitfires), then as a flight engineer. He bought a Spectrum Beaver RX550 kit in 1987 which I still own and fly regularly. I first earned my ultralight permit in 1988 and my private pilot license in 1994. I currently have 1000 hours mostly in the Beaver and I enjoy cross country adventure flying. Here is a link to a photo page of a trip I took to the Yukon in my Beaver.
