I went to Mentone Indiana and took my first flight in the SparrowHawk on 7-24-04. I filled out some order forms for the kit and I sent a check for the down payment on 8-6-04. It was a fun flight. I flew with Steve McGowan and he gave me a good ride. I couldn't wait to get started building one. This would be my first time building an experimental aircraft. I have been flying a two-place Parsons for over two years which is my first gyro that I have enjoyed very much. I wanted to upgrade to a faster, fully enclosed gyro with a heater to fly year round.
