The author on a morning trip to Salida, CO in the club's Turbo 182.

A little about me:
My name is Paul Catterson and I live in Denver with my lovely wife, Stacy, and our 2 furry dependents, Ichabod and Amelia. I have been a pilot since 2006 and I am a member of a flying club out of Centennial Airport (APA) and EAA Chapter 301.

I was introduced to the Experimental/Amateur Built aircraft concept by my primary CFI-turned-good friend a few years ago. Since then I have been feverishly educating myself on the topic. As of April 7, 2012, I am the proud owner of an in-progress Glastar. (see the Project pages for more on the acquisition)

Stacy and I are incessant travelers and we anticipate our Glastar taking us many places we would otherwise never consider visiting. Off the beaten path destinations - or those simply too difficult to visit by car, foot, boat, or commercial air service. In time, we will log many, many hours en route and on the ground.

On to the project....
